The American Civil Liberties Union of Delaware has filed a lawsuit against the Town of Fenwick Island, challenging its practice of allowing corporations and other artificial entities to vote in municipal elections.

The ACLU of Delaware has sued Fenwick Island, accusing the town of allowing corporations to vote in local elections, potentially undermining fairness. Mayor Magdeburger intends to defend the complaint.
