(Salisbury, Md) -
A Salisbury man was arrested Saturday June 6th 2015 after he assaulted another man over a birthday cake. A Wicomico County Sheriff's deputy arrested John Henry Terry, 62 at a home in the 700 block of Meadowwood Drive after he allegedly assaulted another person in from of the deputy. Terry was charged with second degree assault and released on $15,000.00 unsecured bond.
