(Delmar, Md) - A Delmar, Delaware man is accused of breaking into a motel room in Delmar, Maryland an assaulting a woman. Thursday night December 28, 2016. A deputy was called to the Motel on Rt.13, where he found the victim, who said Kevin Lucas had broken into her room, choked her and slammed her head in the tile wall.
Lucas was arrested, and is being held at the Detention Center in lieu of $25,000 bond.
