(Salisbury, Md) - A Salisbury man has been charged with threatening a local business owner. Wicomico Sheriff's Deputies were called to the business on Sunday, February 4, 2018, where they saw emails sent to the owner, including one with a video with a man brandishing a loaded firearm. Deputies went to the home of William Fernando Diaz-Hernandez, recovered the handgun used in the video and made the arrest. Diaz-Hernandez is being held without bond.
