(Princess Anne, Md) - A man whose car was broken into was hit on the head with a hammer by the man stealing items. It happened around 5:00 am Friday morning in rural Somerset County. The suspect is identified as Kenneth Joseph Passwaters, Police were unable to find him.
Passwaters is wanted for several outstanding warrants, in addition to the charges arising from this incident which includes robbery, Assault 1st/2nd degree, Reckless Endangerment, theft, MDOP, Rogue/ Vagabond.
