(GEORGETOWN, Del.)- Mountaire Farms has looked at several pieces of property in Sussex County and has signed a Letter of Intent to purchase property in the Millsboro area but has not made any commitments at this time Mountaire Farms is interested in this property for the construction of a commercial office building.
The property is currently under review for suitability for this office building project.
There are no new production or manufacturing facilities included in this project or contemplated in the future.
Mountaire Farms will make a final decision soon and establish and maintain an office building presence in Millsboro.
