(MILFORD, Del.)- The Milford Police arrested and charged a 49 year-old Milford man stemming from a domestic incident that occurred at a residence located in the 600 block of Lakelawn Drive.
Charles W. Robinson was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Lewdness and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Investigation revealed that Robinson and 35 year-old male were involved in a verbal dispute. During the dispute, Robinson attempted to physically attack the 35 year-old male. Robinson was not wearing any clothing at the time, police said.
As residents in the home attempted to separate the two, the 35 year-old male was taken outside the residence. Robinson then followed the residents and the 35 year-old male outside the residence. Still not wearing any clothing, Robinson again attempted to hit the 35 year-old male while outside in the yard.
A 1 year-old child was present during the incident and was being held by one of the residents attempting to separate the two.
Robinson continued to try to strike the 35 year-old male, while just missing the 1yo child.
Robinson was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $401.00 secured bond.
