(POCOMOKE CITY, Md.)- A 21-year-old man allegedly threatened to burn down his ex-girlfriends residence in Somerset County.
On 07/30/2016 at approximately 9:24 pm a Worcester County Sheriff's Office Deputy, responded to Cypress Road, Pocomoke in reference to a threat of arson.
The Deputy arrived on scene and identified Kevron Randall Conquest 21, of Pocomoke. Through investigation, it was determined that Conquest contacted the Somerset County Sheriff's Office 20 times on an emergency services line. Conquest also advised that if the police did not arrive quickly to Cypress Road he would burn the house down or blow it up.
The Deputy asked Conquest about the phone calls he had made. Conquest advised the Deputy if he was not arrested, he would burn his ex-girlfriend's house down. Conquest was extremely disorderly and irate. Conquest was placed under arrest. Mr. Conquest was transported to the Worcester County Sheriff's Office and charged with two counts of threat of arson and telephone misuse. Mr. Conquest was transported to the District Court Commissioner and subsequently held at the Worcester County Jail on a $10,000.00 bond.
