(CAMBRIDGE, Md.)- Cambridge Police arrested Michael P. Tolley, 41, of Cambridge, on July 18 after a reported assault and car accident on Washington Street, police said.
According to police, Tolley was charged with two counts of attempted second degree murder, two counts of first degree assault, two counts of second degree assault, two counts of reckless endangerment, one count of failure to obey a lawful order of a police officer, and one count of resisting arrest.
He is held on $750,000 bond in the Dorchester County Detention Center.
