OCEAN CITY,Md)- Hundreds of Baltimore Ravens fans gather every year in Ocean City to celebrate their love for the team. This three day event only happens one time a year. Saturday was the final day and in the morning the Ravens had a parade. Mike Byrne who has a condo in the area attended it.
"We were down at the parade and got to talk to Quadry Ismail and introduce ourselves, and said pleasure to meet you and different stuff like that,"said Byrne. "We met Brandon Williams going up the path last year and he came up and took a picture with us."
Defensive tackle Brandon Williams was back for his second straight time. Williams said he enjoyed his experience once again.
"People are having a great time and you know you feel you know love by the fans and that we love the fans also and you know they are the heartbeat of the Ravens,"said Williams.
At the Beach Bash the kids and adults have many things to do.Williams was playing several games of cornhole.
"It was going really well until two other guys got on their and started whooping us pretty bad,"said Williams.
Darnell Ross is making the Ravens Beach Bash a tradition. He said the beach is the perfect setting.
"The atmosphere is just really really nice and calm and the beach is always filled with fun people to meet and you come out and catch some of the sun and a couple waves, and have some laughs,"said Ross.
Ross and the other purple and black fans hope the ravens come back for the team's 6th beach bash in 2017.
