Rehoboth Beach Business Owners Want Alleged Sex Spa Gone

(REHOBOTH BEACH, Del.) - Rehoboth Beach business owners are baffled a day spa is back open just days after being raided by police.

Roll in to Henlopen Square on Rehoboth Avenue and you'll quickly learn you can get just about anything.

Food, tats, photos and sex.

"It's kind of skivvy to know that they're going in there to have sex and walk out," said Susan Fortier. "This is not legal in this country. "

She's talking about top quality spa, which is back open just days after a police raid.

No one at top quality spa would speak on the allegations.

Although Fortier would. She has a photo studio and wedding chapel right next door.

"I did have one couple say 'is that what I think it is next door? I really don't want to get married right next door to that.' And I don't blame them," said Fortier.

She says the massage parlor, allegedly disguised as a sex shop is no good for business.

"It's very difficult for us to be here and see what's going on. It happens in the middle of the night -- we see a lot of things going on," said business owner who didn't want to be identified.

Three women were booked on charges of prostitution -- along with a few johns who were just cited.

A representative for Price Realty, the company that manages the property "Top Quality Spa" is ran out of says they're handling the matter.
