(Rehoboth Beach, Del) - After a lengthy discussion and a public hearing, Town Commissioners in Rehoboth Beach unanimously approved Dogfish Head's request to build a larger brewpub on its current location.
Plans were originally turned down several months ago, but Dogfish head appealed the planing report and commissioners voted for approval at last night's meeting.
The company will spend $four million to build the new pub, which will replace the old 20 year old building.
