(SALISBURY, Md.)- On 4 May 2016 a deputy arrested William Fisher in connection with an assault that reportedly occurred at a residence in the 1500 block of Esquire Drive in Salisbury.
In this incident, Fisher is accused of grabbing the victim in a headlock, biting her neck and pushing her down.
Upon arrest Fisher was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Fisher in the Detention Center in lieu of $2,500.00 bond.
