Salisbury Woman Threatens to Burn Down House With People Inside

(SALISBURY, Md.) - Starr Renee Boone, 22, of Salisbury, was arrested on Monday, May 9, 2016, after police say she threatened to burn down a house.

Police say Boone arrived at a residence in the 27000 block of Edgewood Circle, pulled a gas can out of her vehicle and proceeded to pour the gasoline around the house in what was perceived as an attempt to burn the house down while people were in it.

The deputy transported Boone to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Boone in the Detention Center in lieu of $100,000 bond. Boone is charged with threats of arson and attempted arson.
