(Seaford, Del) - Monday voters in Seaford approved a referendum allowing the town to borrow money for a solar system for the city's wastewater treatment plant.
125 residents cast ballots voting 102 to 23 in favor of the system.
The town will borrow $1.6 million, to be paid back over 20 years at 2 percent interest.
