Festival Hispano returns to North Race Street in Georgetown on Sept. 21 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. to celebrate Hispanic culture with food, music, and community.

Upon learning about the healthcare challenges faced by Hispanic and Haitian women, including poor healthcare and difficulties during labor, Faith Community Nurse Cindy Horsman was inspired to take action within her community.
