Georgetown Middle School is inviting professionals from various fields to speak to students in career and technical education classes.
The historic district in Berlin could be getting a new multipurpose building but first the Historic District Committee needs to approve the project design. They are concerned if the new building will go with the look of Berlin's existing architecture.
An application for a 15,000 square foot commercial building off of Monroe Avenue is making its way to Mayor and City Council for public hearing. Some are happy to possibly have another restaurant coming, others though say its another sign of overdevelopment.
