rough waters expected.

* WHERE...Delaware Bay waters north of East Point NJ to
Slaughter Beach DE and Delaware Bay waters south of East Point
NJ to Slaughter Beach DE.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A few brief gale force wind gusts up to 40
kt will be possible as a cold front passes offshore this evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller

The City of Milford released a statement Wednesday afternoon regarding recent criticism of its use of eminent domain on property owned by resident Annette Billings. "They concluded they were obligated to proceed by the express wishes of the city residents to provide more recreation options," said the statement.
