* At 1148 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
waterspouts were located along a line extending from 7 nm southwest
of Slaughter Beach to 15 nm west of Indian River Inlet Bridge to 17
nm northeast of Bivalve, moving east at 45 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.
SOURCE...Radar.
IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Five Fathoms Buoy, Buoy 2fb, Brown Shoal Light, Fenwick Island,
Buoy 4fb, Buoy 3fb, Cape Henlopen, Rehoboth Beach, Cape May Point,
