A World War II-era artillery piece has found a new home at Cape Henlopen State Park, an addition to the Fort Miles Museum's growing outdoor artillery exhibit, with the help of Coastal Towing.

On Thursday, August 31st, after 92 years at the Nanticoke Post 6, the cannon has been moved.
"The Cannon," a World War I field piece located on the front lawn of American Legion Nanticoke Post 6, has been removed for restoration, according to the legion.
