A car fire in Hurlock is under investigation after the 2019 Volkswagen was destroyed on June 12.
On Wednesday, May 22, at approximately 5:02 p.m. the Hurlock Volunteer Fire Department responded to a car fire. The car was located at 6205 Mission Hill Road and was a black 4-door pontiac.
The fire occurred in a driveway on Whitehall Drive off of Route 1 between Lewes and Milton.
Though members of the Milton Fire Department typically leave the station to attend to fires, a fire came to them on Tuesday afternoon.
