The Lewes Public Library is accepting applications for two sessions of the "¡Hola, amigos!" Bilingual Summer Camp, designed for children from kindergarten through second grade.

On March 4 and 5, Winter Delmarva BirdINNg weekend is in Lewes.

According to the Rehoboth-Dewey Chamber of Commerce, on Wednesday nights from January 1 to Memorial Day there were over 4,000 more occupied rooms this year compared to last year.

At 6:36pm Thursday night, Laurel Fire Department as well as Blades Volunteer Fire Company and Sussex County EMS were dispatched to the scene. This fire has left dozens of people without a home but the community is responding quickly to help them.
