The Ocean Pines Police Department is warning people who live there about several scams circulating in the area, including fake deed copy services, home title theft and property monitoring offers.

For the past few months, the Rehoboth Beach Library has been working on a project to expand to Route 24 and lease half of the current building.

At this time, the library is currently waiting to modify a deed with the city of Rehoboth Beach.
