Despite cancellations of some of the Polar Plunge events, Rehoboth Beach saw a large gathering on Saturday as community members enjoyed Fire & Ice Festivities and a Chili Contest.
Crowds bundled up and turned out for the 9th annual Fire and Ice Festival, which wrapped up Sunday at Evans Park in Millville.
As February begins, fundraisers and festivals are taking over the coast.
