Delaware State Police are investigating a deadly shooting in Seaford after a 17-year-old boy from Laurel was found shot inside a crashed car Thursday night.

Detectives have identified the suspect responsible for the shooting in the parking lot of the Big Chill Surf Catina as Jonathan Blackwell. Blackwell was taken into custody on June 30.
