Drivers on Route 24 will notice newly installed signs lowering the speed limit from 45-50 mph to 35 mph along a key stretch of the roadway this week.

Governor Wes Moore has directed the Maryland Flag to be lowered to Half-Staff on Tuesday, Feb. 20, for Civil Rights Heroes Day. This day recognizes the dedication of civil rights leaders and reaffirms Maryland's commitment to equality and justice for all citizens.
