The ACLU of Delaware is calling on Gov. Matt Meyer to issue renewed guidance to state and local law enforcement about when they can assist federal immigration agents, following a controversial detention involving Seaford Police and Delaware State Police.
Delaware State Police are currently conducting an investigation into the death of an individual in the parking lot of Lowe's in Lewes.
According to police, store employees said that the man passed out in an aisle after he intentionally inhaled multiple cans of air duster spray that he did not purchase.
