Maryland and Delaware authorities, including the Caroline County Sheriff's Office and Delaware State Police, were searching for fugitive Joshua Kyle Murphy, who fled from law enforcement on Oct. 9. Although the active search has been discontinued, Murphy remains at large, and residents are urged to report any sightings to 911.
