The City of Milford Electric Department announced a planned power outage scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 25. The city says this is necessary for crews to complete upgrades to improve the reliability and safety of the city’s electric infrastructure.
Officials also urged locals to avoid placing non-emergency calls to the city’s phone lines, which are routed through the Milford police dispatch center, in order to keep lines open for emergency calls.
In a Facebook post on Sunday, the city of Milford shared it is aware of a power outage near Silver Lake Estates.
