At the start of the new year Worcester County's housing sales have dropped by 20 percent. Maryland Realtors says that the lack of inventory and the higher interest rate are some of the symptoms of this. 

The Delaware State Housing Authority announced updates to the program that include increasing the total assistance amount to $50,000 per household and no longer requiring 30-day mortgage delinquency to be eligible to apply.
