The ACLU of Delaware announced on June 2 that it plans to appeal the dismissal of its lawsuit challenging Fenwick Island’s practice of allowing certain non-human entities, including corporations and limited liability companies, to vote in municipal elections.

The results of the 2025 Milton Municipal Election are in, with incumbent John Collier securing another three-year term as the town’s mayor. Collier defeated Vice Mayor Lee Revis-Plank by a vote of 398 to 222.
