Members of Indivisible Southern Delaware say increasing incidents involving harassment, alleged assaults and objects thrown at protesters have prompted the group to seek greater communication and support from Delaware State Police during its weekly demonstrations in Rehoboth Beach.

Justine Cuccia has filed as a Democratic candidate for Sussex County Council District 4 in the 2026 election, challenging the seat currently held by Douglas B. Hudson of Ocean View, who is serving his second consecutive term.
