Delaware farmers will receive $693,560 from the USDA’s Discrimination Financial Assistance Program. The annexment was made Wednesday by Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-Del.) and U.S. Senators Tom Carper and Chris Coons (both D-Del.).
