Delaware lawmakers wrapped up their 2025 legislative session Monday with a flurry of votes, including final passage of a bill that may set a precedent of government overreach.
The bill is sponsored by Sen. Stephanie Hansen, the legislation take's back the State's authority to green light energy policy by providing retroactive approval of the conditional use permit for the U.S. Wind electrical substation which was previously denied by the Sussex County Council in 2024.
