According to an application submitted to Delaware's Preliminary Land Use Service (PLUS), Schell Brothers wants to build 183 homes on Cool Spring Road north of Stockley Road.

It was not uncommon to notice farm fields and forests being replaced with new developments this year. From new neighborhoods to roadwork, Sussex County has seen many changes and proposals.

Due to concerns for the safety and health of volunteers and guests, Schellville will be closed Thursday.

Sussex Sports Center Foundation President Joseph Schell owns the 71 acres of land. Seventeen of it would be used for the solar panels.
