63 year-old Russell Kimball of West Ocean City was sentenced last week in Worcester County Circuit Court after being convicted of negligent homicide while under the influence and failing to remain at the scene of an accident involving death.

A Salisbury man was sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of negligent manslaughter for a 2022 crash in which he was driving over 110 mph, according to the Office of the State's Attorney for Wicomico County.
