A police investigation revealed that two unknown people became disorderly in the store and began to throw things at an employee. A man then jumped over the counter and assaulted the employee, according to police.

A new shared use pathway is in the works from Milford High School to Silicato Parkway. According to Milford's City Manager, it is being developed to make a safer commute for students, but not everyone agrees it's the safest option.
