Gov. Meyer signed six health-related bills into law Monday, covering issues from housing safety and opioid settlement funds to support for medical providers and incarcerated mothers.

Monday, May 6, atTAcK addiction, a leading nonprofit organization, initiated a comprehensive media campaign titled “We’ve Got You” aimed at mitigating the opioid crisis in Delaware. 

According to data from the Delaware Division of Forensic Science, there were 527 accidental drug overdose deaths in 2023, representing a 1.8% decrease compared to 2022.
