New homes coming to Fenwick Island off of Route 54 called Channel Pointe. There will be about 70 single-family homes with water front views or direct waterfront access. The homes are now for sale.

The Tornado Threat for Delmarva is finally over and the U.S. National Weather Service (NWS) is still assessing the possible damage from the storms at this hour but several advisories remain in the meantime.
It is a usual sight to see boats sailing through the Rehoboth Bay but as you get closer to some homes, damage is highly visible.
