The Coastal Delaware National Wildlife Refuge Complex, which includes Prime Hook and Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuges, is asking the public to review and comment on proposed research plans.

Photographers can choose from categories based on age or subject like Delmarva scenery, native birds, plants and flowers, the beauty of Prime Hook, and more. Submissions will be judged by professional photographers and winners will be announced at a public reception. Some will receive cash prizes.
