A new job opportunities dashboard from Rehoboth Beach Main Street has been launched to help people looking for jobs get connected with businesses in downtown that are hiring. 

Ocean City, Maryland is trying to address the lack of seasonal employee housing problem. They are in talks to change the zoning code in Ocean City, so that businesses can build employee housing away from the vicinity of their business.
