(DOVER, Del.) The second suspect in Monday's shooting in Dover at an off campus location of Delaware State University has been arrested.
25 year old Michael Clark, not a DSU student was apprehended Wednesday morning by Dover Police.
He is also being charged with first degree assault, second degree conspiracy and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission. Clark is being held in default of $72,000 cash bond.
