(DOVER, Del.)- Larry Cunningham (59), a Tier 3 Sex Offender, has been arrested for twenty counts of 4th Degree Rape of a 15-year-old female.
Detectives from the Dover Police Department learned of the acts after the 15-year-old delivered a child belonging to Cunningham.
Through investigation, it was learned that Cunningham and the 15-year-old victim engaged in sexual intercourse on at least twenty occasions during a 6-month period, which resulted in her pregnancy.
Cunningham was arrested without incident and charged with twenty counts of 4th Degree Rape and once count of Contact with a Child by a Registered Sex Offender.
Cunningham was arrested and committed to JTVCC in default of $106,000 secured bond.
