(Dover, Del) - The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the parking lot of the Dover Downs casino. Early Saturday morning, October 31, 2015 at approximately 2:32AM, a 22-year-old male victim had been involved in a fight in the parking lot, when he was shot in the left hand and left thigh/pelvis. The victim is in stable condition and being treated at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital.
