(Dover, Del.)-Dover Police say the husband of a karate instructor in Dover has been arrested.
Police say Harold Philliphower,33 of Smyrna has been accused of having a sexual relationship with one of the students.
Investigators report Philliphower would meet the 14-year-old girl outside of the Kaizen Karate Academy several times and had inappropriate contact.
On one account Philliphower performed sexual acts with the victim.
According to investigators Philliphower has also been caught with child pornography he received via social media.
Police say Philliphower was charged with a 3rd degree rape, a single account of endangering the welfare of a child and three counts of possession of child pornography.
He is being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $81,500
So far investigators believe there are no other victims involved.
Police encourage parents to talk to their children to find out more information on the case.
