WINDSOR, CT-- The East Coast X-plosion tied Team Long Island Albino in a tight 3-3 ballgame at the 14u Summer Nationals' Tournament at Fastpitch Nation in Windsor, CT earlier today.

The X-plosion team is comprised of several siblings of the Delmar and Georgetown Little League Softball teams that are currently competing in the Mid-Atlantic LL Tournament in Bristol, CT; just 30 minutes from Windsor.

The X-plosion found themselves down 2-0 early after some singles and good base running from Team Long Island in the bottom of the first.

However, the X-plosion were able to battle back and take a 3-2 lead after a Brianna Windish 2-run single and an RBI from Chloe Warrington.

Long Island was able to tie it back up at three the following inning on an RBI single to left field, but a nice throw from left fielder Shea Cooper to get a trailing runner at home kept the game tied at three.

The game shortly ended afterwards due to a 90-minute time limit being reached.
