rough waters expected.

* WHERE...Delaware Bay waters north of East Point NJ to
Slaughter Beach DE and Delaware Bay waters south of East Point
NJ to Slaughter Beach DE.

* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Advisory conditions may be reached again
overnight Sunday into early Monday morning behind the passage of
a cold front.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
