(Millsboro, Del) - The Delaware State Police is asking the public's assistance in locating Richard D. Geiselman, 24 of Millsboro. Geiselman is wanted by the State Police for Burglary, Theft, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, and Selling Stolen Property.
The first of two incidents occurred around September 19, 2015 when Geiselman failed to return his ex-girlfriend's vehicle and pawned some jewelry of hers. The vehicle was later located by troopers at Massey's Landing in Long Neck with considerable front end damage. In the second incident that occurred sometime around October 10, 2015, Geiselman damaged a fence to Harry Caswell's Boat and RV Storage located on Long Neck Road. Upon entering the yard, he then broke into an RV that was being stored there and removed electronics before fleeing.
Geiselman may be operating a grey 1994 gold Chrysler Concord with Delaware registration 905870.
