(BERLIN, Md.)- A suspected drunk driver crashes into a boat in Worcester County.
Early Tuesday morning troopers received a call regarding a vehicle that had struck a boat parked along the side of Madison Avenue in northern Worcester County.
The caller advised the driver involved in the collision had left the scene and traveled to her residence that was in the proximity of the collision.
Troopers subsequently responded to the residence and located the driver of the vehicle who was identified as Caitlyn Marie O'Neill, 24 years of age, Ocean City.
Through the investigation it was determined O'Neill was driving under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested. O'Neill was brought to the Berlin Barrack for processing where she submitted to an intoximeter test yielding a result of 0.12 breath alcohol content.
