(OCEAN CITY, Md.) - Thousands gawked over some really cool rides today - as the "OC Car and Truck Show" was in full gear!
The OC Car and Truck Show is officially open for business. Tons of sick cars and even more people who are amazed at what they've seen.
The "OC Car and Truck Show" is officially rolling.
Doors opened and of course thousands of people were met with a convention center full of customized cars.
"It's actually wonderful. There's a number of cars. Its vendors and stuff here. It's just amazing," said Lichell Isaac.
That seemed to be the typical reaction from some of the thousand in attendance.
Including little 11 year old, Leyla.
"It's really awesome...it's really cool. I like sports cars a lot."
It was understandable as the Ocean City Convention Center was full of one-of- a-kind custom cars, trucks and bikes.
And while people dreamed of driving one of the many customized vehicles, Power 101.7 provided the soundtrack to that imaginary ride.
"I like coming here because you can see what you can do as a hobby," said Isaac.
Many of the cars have years of work put into them by their owners.
They've inspired Sholh Kornegay to have her husband fix her car up. And she's got a tall order.
"I want my doors to flip up. I want a tv in my trunk. I want a tv in my engine. I want my initials in my engine. And I definitely want some kind of lighting underneath my car. So he's under a lot of pressure," she said as she rolled through her list.
Aside from all the amazing cars, you definitely want to make it to the car show Sunday because "Hakeem" from the popular show empire will be here to perform. He's going to be meeting and greeting people. Doors open Sunday at 10.
